I send you photos of another figure. I've taken a figure and tried to re-mold it using the picture from Osprey's MAA212 Armies of the Carthaginian Wars 265-146 BC. The Lucanian warrior (Punic wars) is from a figure of 9120 set. Having experience already with the Samnite figure it was easier to re-mold a helmet. But also there was an armor chest-plate -- it had to be body shaped! And also they had a bigger shields. In the end I had no idea what picture to put on the shield, so I've read that those tribes initially came to Italy from ancient Greece and decided to chose traditional Greek pattern with sea motive.
With kInd regards,
Lucanian Warrior (Punic wars)
Many thanks to Vladimir.
