Greetings from Philadelphia,
Below are some shots of my DBA (II/56) Early Imperial Roman Legion. All figures are from Hät. The final shot is a bit of a "cheat" as I included the auxiliary cavalry/bow/psiloi options together. Unfortunately, my army does not include light horse, general on horseback, or drunk chicks hurling beer bottles options.
Thanks and remember: the Revolution begins at home...with tiny plastic soldiers,
Artillery (from set 8035 Roman Catapults)
4x4 Blades (from set 8082 Flavian era Roman Legionaries mid-1st AD - early 2nd AD. Legionary Optio and Imagifer are from set 8075 Imp Roman Command
[Flavian, Augustan, Trajanic])
4x4 Auxilia (From set 8065 Flavian era Roman Auxiliaries. Auxiliary optio from set 8075 Imp Roman Command [Flavian, Augustan, Trajanic]. Standard
bearer is from set 8035 Roman Catapults)
1x3 Cavalry (From set 8067 Imperial Roman Praetorian Cavalry)
1x4 Blade General (From set 8075 Imp Roman Command [Flavian, Augustan, Trajanic])
1x4 Bow (From set 8074 Imp Roman Auxilaries [Flavian era])
1x3 Auxiliary Calvary (From set 8067 Imperial Roman Praetorian Cavalry)
1x2 Psiloi (From set 8074 Imp Roman Auxilaries [Flavian era])
1x4 Heavy Legionaries (from set 8064 Imperial Roman Extra Heavy Legionaries [Trajanic, vs. Dacians & others] - if you're fighting the Dacians, you might want to replace a row of your regular Legionaries with these fellow for effect. Plus they look really cool)
And here's a shot of the entire Legion on a field trip:
Many thanks to Mr. Anonymous.
